Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with the team are key to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory procedures and adhere to cash-handling policies.
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in operating a cash register and equipment used in retail environments.
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties and follow company guidelines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet all state and local requirements for handling and selling alcohol.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
