Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently and neatly.
• Operate cash registers with accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient in operating equipment such as a cash register, floor scrubber, and hand jack.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
