Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the team, you will provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with store management regarding inventory and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
