Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain accurate inventory
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Adhere to company cash policies and procedures
• Comply with all company policies while ensuring the confidentiality of documents and data

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
