Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Act Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous customer service.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
