Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure product organization.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and within a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an asset.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
