Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback to management, conduct inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies, uphold security protocols, and perform assigned duties

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficiency in cash register operation, equipment handling, and cleaning procedures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team
• Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking capabilities
• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
