Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized and that customers receive exceptional service during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
