Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, fully stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to create an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store is clean, well-merchandised, and products are stocked efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
