Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) expected for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain neat displays, and assist customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
