Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and contributing to the overall store operation. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
