Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous customer service.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
