Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly, from merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining a clean environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
