Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by ensuring product availability, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
