Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store’s appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Stock and merchandise shelves neatly and maintain product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
