Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
