Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Report product feedback and inventory issues to management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
