Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining merchandise, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized store shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock merchandise, monitor inventory, and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties, operate equipment, and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus.
