Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s cleanliness. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with the ALDI team and provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and customer issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies, uphold document security, and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
