Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
