Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising and stocking duties efficiently and accurately.
- Operate cash register and provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash register efficiently.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
