Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store's overall appearance and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in general cleaning duties, equipment operation, and adherence to policies.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to tasks.
