Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• General cleaning abilities and adherence to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
