Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $16.00 per hour and a range of benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management effectively.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory and cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask efficiently.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
