Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves, displaying merchandise neatly, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to assist customers and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and provide feedback on product quality and issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
