Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include performing cashiering duties, merchandising, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
