Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and stock shelves efficiently while maintaining a neat merchandise display.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management, providing feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and handle customer inquiries promptly.
• Experience in retail operations and general cleaning is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
