Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and M.A.P. guidelines in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.
