Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your contribution will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and assist with general cleaning duties.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies, uphold document security, and confidentiality standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
