Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience desired.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
