Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Process customer purchases efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in monitoring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and communication skills.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma preferred. Retail experience is a plus.
