Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
