Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking processes. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies while executing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, uphold data security, and fulfill assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Skilled in using equipment for stocking and cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
