Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store looks its best, and working collaboratively with the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. principles in your work performance.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and merchandise products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
