Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
