Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and keeping the store organized, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and provide feedback on products and processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
