Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide customer assistance
• Collaborate with team members and report to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Customer service, cash register, and equipment operation skills
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Retail experience preferred
