Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. This position offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of physical demands, including lifting up to 45 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
