Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with cash register operations and equipment handling
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
