Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
