Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team and provide outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
