Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining cleanliness, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor and report inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize risks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skilled in using various equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently or in a team and follow organizational directives.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
