Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues promptly

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
