Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate to play a vital role in ensuring the store's success. This entry-level position involves merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist customers and collaborate with team members
• Provide feedback, monitor inventory, and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer courteous service and operate cash registers
• Proficient in equipment operation and cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience advantageous
