Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, the products are accurately stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies by providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members.
• Operate cash register efficiently, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
