Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations, from merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work both independently and in a team setting.
