Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team, providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to minimize losses.
• Follow all company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
