Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies to minimize losses and adhere to company procedures.
• Comply with all established company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
