Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash registers and follow company policies and procedures.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle equipment and operate machinery as required.
• Meet state and local requirements for product handling if applicable.
