Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of cash register
• Ability to use equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
